THE AI WORKFORCE MASTERCLASS: Build Your First AI Employees
A few years ago, I reached a point in my business where the admin load was completely suffocating me. I was running multiple businesses and creative projects, constantly stuck in bookkeeping, emails, and back-end setup, unable to focus on high-level growth.
So, I invested in an incredible full-time Executive Assistant with an $80,000-a-year salary. It was a massive investment, but she was an absolute angel on earth. That single hire freed up my time and my brain, ultimately allowing me to scale FAST.
After two amazing years together, she moved on to her next life and career chapter. Right around that same time, AI had evolved far beyond basic chatbots into real operational tools. Custom agents and skills caught my attention, and I realised they could handle many of the repeatable tasks my EA used to do for me.
I didn't set out to replace a human being. Instead, I decided to see if I could rebuild the administrative side of her role into custom AI systems first.
The result was mind-blowing. I built custom AI employees inside my business… like my Inbox Ninja and my CFO Bestie that took over the heavy lifting of my day to day finances and communications admin. It gave me my time, freedom, and profitability back without needing an $80k salary overhead.
AI didn't replace the human. It replaced the overwhelm.
I was able to bring in a casual Online Business Manager to focus on high-level tasks that actually require human strategic thinking, while delegating all the repetitive, annoying (but critical) admin to my AI employees.
